Elle permet de faire un point avec l&#8217;employeur sur la situation salariale ou l&rsquo;organisation du travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire et code du travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire (<strong>NAO<\/strong>) est impos\u00e9e par le Code du travail <em>(art. L2242-8)<\/em> et doit \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de l&#8217;employeur. Pendant cet entretien, des th\u00e8mes d\u00e9finis par la loi sont obligatoirement abord\u00e9s (salaires, dur\u00e9e du travail, \u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes, etc&#8230;), mais la NAO permet \u00e9galement de mettre en avant des revendications collectives comme la formation professionnelle ou l&rsquo;organisation des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u00e9gociations annuelles obligatoires et entreprises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La NAO concerne les entreprises de plus de 50&nbsp;salari\u00e9s et permet de conserver un dialogue entre les salari\u00e9s et l&#8217;employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>N\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux qui ont la charge de pr\u00e9parer la n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire.
